Delivery & assembly

Our delivery service ensures safe and reliable delivery of all products to the curb. Our suppliers aim to unload the furniture as close to your home as possible, depending on local conditions and accessibility with their vehicle.

For added convenience, we offer various services, including home delivery, assembly and disposal of old furniture. During the ordering process, you have the opportunity to select these services and customize your order accordingly. Please note that assembly costs are calculated per piece of furniture. Additional pieces of furniture can be assembled upon request for an additional charge.

If you decide to assemble it yourself, you will of course receive detailed assembly instructions that will help you put together your furniture. If you notice any defects or damage during assembly, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service immediately. We are always available to help you with any questions or problems.

Delivery times & delivery regions

Our delivery times vary depending on product availability and are usually up to 14 working days after receipt of payment, provided the product is in stock. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to set an exact delivery date in advance as this depends on various factors.

However, during the ordering process you will be asked to provide your telephone number. This allows our customer service to contact you before delivery and to arrange a suitable delivery date with you. This way we can ensure that the delivery of the products is convenient and stress-free for you.

We offer deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Please note, however, that certain regions and cantons are currently excluded from our deliveries. In some cases, such as deliveries to remote or difficult to access areas, additional costs may apply. This is due to the additional effort and resources required. However, we will inform you in advance of any additional costs.

Deliveries to the following locations are either subject to an additional charge or are excluded entirely:

  • Ticino
  • Valais
  • Graubünden
  • Difficult to access mountain regions
